This packet includes a piece of Ultra Smooth Premium cardstock. Trace on the pattern, paint the eyes, bow and etc. with acrylic paint and then ink and do the pencil shading. Also included are a photo, pattern and instructions. It makes a nice cover design for my 5 x 7 photo kit.
